Lone Star Creek Vineyard was established with the intention of making exceptional cool climate wines.
Robin and Gillian picked one of the most interesting regions in the valley, situated in the rolling foothills of the Yarra Ranges with considerable influence from the yellow duplex and mudstone soils, as well as the indigenous forest surrounding the site.
The resulting wines have great structure and power but with finesse.
