Situated at the base of the Great Dividing Range on a range that separates the Dixons Creek Valley and the Steels Creek Valley. Originally planted by the Fencaros family in 1990.
The whole vineyard is on it’s own roots. Half the vineyard is situated on a steep south facing slope where we grow our Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The rest of the vineyard is on a gentle north facing slope on heavier clay soil.
The vineyard is farmed with sustainable practices without the use of chemical fertiliser and herbicides undervine; preserving soils for future generations and preserving biodiversity.
